After my new cell phone was activated with my phone number, I called Lively Customer Service to make certain my account was canceled (so I wouldn’t continue to receive a monthly statement). I was on “hold” for twenty-five minutes before a young lady came on the line to help me. I explained I wanted assurance my account was canceled and I politely gave her the details of my complaint. I expressed my disappointment that “Customer Service” never acknowledged my message of February 9th.
I hope this complaint gets circulated on the Internet.
