I’m having computer problems and I don’t know how to fix them!!

I’ve tried everything—to the best of my knowledge. Frankly, this is an experiment. **IF** I’m able to create, save and publish this blog message, I may be on the road to restoration. ~~ Long story short: Last night I attempted to help a cousin with his computer Ancestry problems and, true story, my cursor wouldn’t move (I’m an editor on his family tree). This morning, I was having the “my cursor wouldn’t move”  problem. I rebooted—correction: tried to reboot—but nothing happened. Perhaps “cousin” has a virus and I caught it?

POSTSCRIPT @4:40 PM: I have completed some research documentation on Ancestry and everything appears to be operating “smooth as satin.”  ~~ O’ happy day!!
