I am definitely thankful for our washer and dryer. I cannot imagine how my mother managed without (and without indoor plumbing) when she was raising my five siblings and myself.
Anne, thanks for your comment. I’m especially thankful because for many years I went to public laundry establishments. Two problems since I moved to Waco, Texas: I’m terrified of the traffic, and (2) I have been a hermit due to the Coronavirus. Having a washer and dryer in my trailer home is a God-given blessing. No laundry room in this RV Park.
