Several years ago, I prepared planters for a neighbor-lady-friend. The display was on the main street (CARE Center Drive) and my lady-friend received lots of compliments. I watered, pruned, fertilized, etc., etc. My friend is now in a convalescent home and her family requested Escapees CARE return the planters to me. The CARE Center returned the planters WITHOUT PLANTS and soil. Just as you see them in the picture. In my humble opinion, the tender loving care I demonstrated was blatantly ignored.
