Two Melatonin about 8:45 PM; in bed at 9:00 PM. Must have quickly fallen asleep but awake at 10:15. During the night, I documented “awake” times: 12:37, 1:25, 2:17, and 3:34. Although interrupted sleep, I’m glad to report I feel capable of tackling the challenges of the day!! For the record: No supplements yesterday, very selective diet, limited time at the computer. Every effort to prevent another “zombie” night and day.
