Yesterday, the ladies living at CARE, and adjacent Rainbow’s End RV Park, enjoyed a Mother’s Day Tea. OMG, so many delicious treats, and a wide variety of tea to sample.

Yours truly likes to be obedient so complied with the request that we wear a fancy hat. Naturally, I chose a dress to complement the hat!! (Oh, the good old days [in Lancaster, California] when we enjoyed activities in a Red Hat Society.)

After the tea, I expressed my strong desire for a picture with the hostess. Margaret is a CARE volunteer who spoils all the residents with special events: Ice cream social, popcorn variety, cheese tasting, delicious baked treats, and more. (During her travels, she remembered to send me a birthday card.)

CARE gave the ladies an orchid corsage.
