Bad news, good news !!

Bad news: The tarps I ordered are very thin material. The Internet advertisement sounded good but I should have suspected “trash bag” strength because the price was one-third that of other advertisers. ~~ Check my blog: Salvage… to splendid!!

Good news: David climbed the ladder and wrestled the 15′ x 30′ tarp over the high point of the structure. We quickly attached a few bungee cords (so it wouldn’t blow away) and David departed for other projects. I spent the morning making tucks here, folds there, bungees here and bungees there.

David's gone, just me

A work in progress

A gust of wind puffer it up like a balloon

Taking shape

Looking good IMHO

Hope the neighbor doesn't complain

Soon the clutter will be gone

The neighbor's viewPostscript, Sunday, October 18, 2015: I didn’t invade my neighbor’s privacy; I took this picture from the edge of her RV site. ~~ Below: Before and after picture of the clutter immediately behind my RV.
