Last night, I changed TV channels because I’m weary of the news about Twitter corruption, prisoner swaps with “Merchant of Death,” and the tragic deaths of Idaho college students. My TV is usually on FOX News (when not on TBN with Christian programming). At 8:00—without any forethought—I switched to the Magnolia Network. I enjoyed three hours of a remarkably interesting display–and narrative–regarding “The Castle” in Waco, Texas. Chip and Joanna Gaines bought the property and restored it to its glory days one hundred years ago. I was (and am) thrilled with my viewing choice
