Yesterday, my Meals on Wheels lunch arrived via this beautiful automobile. Standing high on my porch I could see the entire roof was a “skylight.” I rushed to the driveway to greet the driver—a long-hair “hippy-looking” man of uncertain age (and my regular Friday-delivery person). The first words out of my mouth: “Is this your EV? Last week you were driving a borrowed van but you said you drive an EV.”Gospel truth: I’ve never seen a Tesla! I was captivated by the beauty and constantly touched the car. I was introduced to the interior, and the “plug–in” to charge it.
I have a contrast of Meals on Wheels delivery persons. Last Tuesday, I had a woman who referenced “trailer trash” but said she thought our Park is exceptionally nice.
