Tears…, travel…, thankful…, temperature…, tasty…

Too full of emotion…, pictures do the talking: Temperature is perfect, “Thursday” is terrific!! Tears (and prayers) for the Uvalde families; THANKFUL for a neighbor (“Christopher”) who was my traveling companion. Books were donated to the Waco Library for their annual book sale; Habitat for Humanity ReStore visited; tasty food.

Christopher did the driving because “this old lady” is TERRIFIED of Waco traffic. The genealogy library is more than nine terrible miles from home. ~~ Tragically, the Habitat for Humanity ReStore isn’t a place for my garden and hardware donations. They are exclusively “construction” materials. Time to take those… to the Thrift Store, or toss in the trash. ~~ Tough talk with an employee (or volunteer) in the genealogy department; “No they don’t want my stuff.” ~~ Three accomplishments today! (Now I know.)
