Texas has desperately needed rain. In less than one hour, almost four inches of rain!! “Deluge”  is a good name for it!! This is a “mixed” message because (1) “rain” on Saturday night, (2) blog prepared on Sunday and scheduled for Monday, and (3) “three-in-one” garden news. The Jasmine plant is showing promise of growth after no growth last year. The black plastic is there in hopes it will smother the clumps of grass that I’m unable to dig out.
