“Mental focus“  is the title of a message by Dr. David Jeremiah (pastor of Shadow Mountain Church in San Diego, California). I planned to title this blog message “Mental illness and Naomi Judd.”  My planned first line was “mental illness and Lorraine Edwards.”  ~~ Eight, ten, twelve, fourteen hours a day on Ancestry.com (climbing the family tree) is obviously “mental illness.” I have neglected my health, appearance, home, yard, and car. ~~ By the grace of God, my Heavenly Father, for two days, I have NOT approached Ancestry.com. By the grace of God, my Heavenly Father, today I will apply time and energy (and “mental focus”) on downsizing projects.
