Desperately need sleep!! At best, four hours of sleep each night. To bed at about 10 and awake at 1:30 or 2:00. Look at the time stamp for this blog message: 3:30 AM. After an hour-and-a-half tossing and turning—in bed—I’m here “complaining”!! My most recent purchase was ZzzQuil Pure Zzzs and it is advertised (on the box) “all night, helps you fall asleep and stay asleep.” I wear a Philip Stein sleep bracelet; I have a “sound machine” turned on near my bed. ~~ I speculate that I could, would, should get a lot more things accomplished each day if I wasn’t so tired. In my humble opinion, it doesn’t require any energy to sit at the computer creating a blog message or “climbing the family tree.” ~~ I’ve procrastinated: I see the TV advertisements for Relaxium but have been “too tired” to actually phone… or order via the Internet. ~~ Forgive me for complaining? This is my “journal” and I’m documenting my current problem.
