Something about the wonderfully fresh air and sunshine aggravates my respiratory system!! I start having the hacking cough, spitting up phlegm, blowing the nose disagreeable health problem that has plagued me since the day after Christmas. I’m so discouraged! Will this never end?

Maybe go back to the doctor and have them check your lungs. And maybe refer you to a specialist who cn get to the bottom of it and give you proper medication.
