My new friend-neighbor, Monica, knows more about health and nutrition than I do!! Here are pictures (again) of our big salads. When we talk about nutrition, the other residents look at us like we are speaking a foreign language.

How wonderful that you have someone to discuss health and nutrition. Lord knows I no nothing. I do however love salads, the more vegetables the better. Better yet if someone else does the chopping.
