Less than one year ago, I was researching “Intentional Communities.”  Much research… but nothing materialized. My relocation took another route. This is my thirteenth day of residency in the Waco, Texas, area and I learned of an “intentional community”  a few miles away (9.6 miles according to Google Maps). A new neighbor listened to me tell of my ancestry with the Old German Baptist Brethren. He told me about Homestead Heritage and their lifestyle which parallels that of many of my ancestors. Eagerly, I searched for a website and was rewarded with volumes of information. I’m looking forward to a visit to the location.
