After all my walking, and work in the yard (yesterday), you’d think I’d get a good night’s sleep. I had “Sleepy Time” tea, and relaxation, before 10:00 PM bedtime. However, I was still awake at 12:30. So I got up and chewed two Melatonin “sleep aids.” That put me to sleep but (as always) awaken in a fog. Awaken feeling “dopey.”
