…but salad greens needed attention before they spoil. “Fresh” veggies, and fruit, so expensive, I can’t neglect them.

Three Quarters & Counting 
I take leftover spinach salad and toss it in the pan for a few minutes, then put it over pasta with some grated cheese, half and half, or whatever I have. But that looks like a nice salad.
