“Lifesavers” may be debatable. The list of ingredients is such tiny print, I can’t read with a magnifying glass!! The large print doesn’t say “natural,” or “non-GMO” and/or other words I look for. The price was right (at CVS) and worth yet another experiment (I’ve tried numerous products). According to directions, I chewed two at 10:00 PM as I headed to bed. Remarkable (for me), almost ten hours in bed without prolonged period awake, or need to go to bathroom. I remember being awake several times but it must have been brief.

Raining… so I won’t work outdoors. Cool and comfortable; no need for A/C.
