This “national” day caught my attention because my “across the driveway” neighbor shouts at me saying “You hide like a rabbit.” True!! I withdraw inside my trailer home because I don’t want to engage in conversation with the verbally abusive angry man.

How is it that Escapees management is concerned about someone who quietly complains about food, yet is NOT concerned about someone publicly yelling abusive slurs at a neighbor? Surely there is a rule about that.
