To my surprise, a plant was alive and looking good. Quite by accident, I saw it back in the wooded area where planters had been dumped. I quickly took a planter from the yard sale, went to my supply of planter soil, and “voila” a new start for a plant I cannot name.

Hosta/plaintain lilly….Zager? We have hostas around the house up north. They are perennial, and very hardy, and get pretty purple flowers.
