A strong gust of wind took the sign down TWICE this morning. I could not drive stakes in the ground (hard as cement) so called on David for assistance. Honestly, he couldn’t drive stakes in the ground either!! So David made small slits in the banner so wind could pass through. Furthermore, I moved my KIA into location as an anchor!!
