“Climbing the family tree,” on Ancestry.com, I discovered some information about the family of an uncle. I contacted the contributor and received a response from a “cousin” living in Europe (first cousin one time removed). She speaks French so my new challenge is to use one of the translation programs (on the Internet) to communicate with her. Just for the fun of it I’m going to try several on-line translations on one sentence to see which might be best at her end.

There are several other programs… but this was a simple test. The frequent reader (of my blog messages) knows I am verbose and prone to flowery speech. This test may not reveal the translation that is best. Oh well, I had fun searching the Internet for translation programs.
