Faster than a speeding bullet…

Temperature at three thirty…my feet hit the floor running. It’s a wonder I didn’t fall and break my neck!! Thirteen steps, with several levels, between my bed and the patio. RAIN!! I had clothes hanging on a rack on the patio–items I didn’t run through the dryer when I did laundry yesterday. I quickly grabbed the items and moved them to knobs on cupboard doors. Later I moved the rack into the trailer. ~~ The extremely hard rain only lasted about ten minutes  but it definitely had my undivided attention!! (Maybe the oscillating “tower” fan will help air-dry the clothing??)

Temperature at three-fifteenBack again: Three-thirty PM. I published the earlier portion of this message at 6:30 AM–and went back to bed. Up at 8:30 and have been busy ever since. My two rain gauges differ regarding the amount of rain last night and this morning. We have sunshine at this moment and I plan to put the drying rack–and clothes–outside where they **may** get dry. Operative word “may” because too humid for anything to dry.
