… “Parting is such sweet sorrow.”

Intimate friends, casual friends, acquaintances…. ~~ Living at CARE, I experience losses all too frequently. Yesterday two acquaintances…, last month two acquaintances. Oh, the ache!! I’m at a loss for words. ~~ Eight years ago today, the father of my three sons….

Strange comparison? Gone, too, is my faithful, hard-working Samsung digital camera. We traveled thousands of miles and saw beautiful… and boring! (Most of the pictures on my blogs were taken with that small camera purchased [in 2010] from a pawn shop for $100.00.) S/he joins the Vivitar 35mm camera I used for decades.

Another sadness: My Bluebirds have disappeared!
