On September 15th, I was wide awake in the middle of the night due to pain from edema in my legs and ankles. I prepared a couple of blog messages while watching several programs on TBN. One program was another “wake-up call.” I have had a product named Ancient Nutrition Multi-Collagen Protein in my cupboard for many months. I’ve neglected to “take it.” Watching the broadcast reminded me of my need for “multi-collagen protein.” I’ve complained recently of my wrinkled, sagging-skin, ugly face. So I challenged myself to daily use of the product and to document the “before” and “after” appearance. Honestly, the September 15th pictures do not show the “aging” features that I despise.

I didn’t plan to publish this… until the”after” pictures. The other day, a blog message titled “Naked truth.” Today: “Ugly truth.”

“Before” and “after” and “ancient nutrition” hasn’t made a noticeable difference in the appearance of this relatively “ancient” woman.

I’ve watched–and listened!!

In a rally today, Donald Trump said he isn’t the most famous person in the world. President Trump said “Jesus Christ is the most famous person in the world.”

The words of the Democrat Senators are so critical of a wonderful, qualified woman to sit on the Supreme Court.

Some Senators are vicious and I find them so offensive I refuse to listen to them. I push the “mute button.” Amy Coney Barrett is poised and professional.

Decades ago, there was much to be said about “the ugly American.”

In my humble opinion (a penny for my thoughts), we are seeing “ugly Americans” behave badly as they criticize Amy Coney Barrett’s qualifications to be a Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court. How are “people abroad” understanding this fiasco?

A book was published in 1958–titled The Ugly American–and I, for one, saw it in action.  I was living in Paris, France, with my U.S. Army soldier husband (1959-1961). Indeed, “Americans abroad” were disrespectful of their host country.

How many of us could sit there—for hours—listening to vicious statements?? The complimentary remarks by Senators make me grateful that I am a supporter of the Republican party.
