“The Indian Fighter“ with Kirk Douglas was filmed in Central Oregon–not far from my home in LaPine, Oregon. This came to mind when I heard that Kirk Douglas passed away today–at age 103.

Hopefully, I too can enjoy a long life and spend productive years documenting the Frantz family and collateral lines. It is my hope and prayer that my memory continues to recall people and events.
