“Cold hands, warm heart” ?!

The refrigerator is “spoken for.” I was outdoors unloading it to turn it off. I’ll clean it inside and outside as soon as it is a bit warmer outdoors. OMG, my hands (and feet) are frozen!! I’m counting on the weather to be cold enough to preserve the food items removed from the refrigerator. I’ve been downsizing the perishables lately. I’m counting on the weather to be warm enough for me to complete my many outdoor tasks!!

Fueled by coffee…

…after two hours of sleep.

“Sleep aids”  do not work for me. My mind is spinning with projects demanding my attention (so wide-awake almost all night). Indoor tasks this morning and (weather permitting) outdoor necessities this afternoon.

Loading the cargo trailer again !!

Two hours working in the brisk afternoon weather and many items loaded into the cargo trailer. I was forced indoors because the sun was going down and the temperature was getting colder.  I’m hoping and praying for a couple of warm days so I can get more things loaded. Furthermore, I want to wash the cargo trailer before our final trip. I want the trailer clean when we deliver it to the new owner.

Sick & tired !!

Being evicted from the Escapees CARE Center should have taught me a lesson? I guess not because I’m voicing my thoughts again. I’m “sick and tired”  of the seemingly endless television coverage of the impeachment of President Donald Trump. Hours of negative comments by our elected representatives. I remember the words of Rodney King when he said Can we all JUST get along? Can we get along?
