Arrived home at 3:35 and rushed to cover the plants. It was “dry” here but we had rain further North and just a few minutes prior. (As I type this at 4:35 the wind has blown one cover off one plant.) Hard freeze predicted tonight.

A dear lady-friend volunteered to accompany me (and drive) to my **perhaps** future home RV Park in Athens, Texas. It was a beautiful drive both ways with picturesque Fall colors. The RV Park is an absolutely marvelous place and I’m eager to move there. I solicit your prayers because I am number seventeen on the waiting list. The Park is so incredibly perfect, people seldom move.
