Home again after a dear lady-friend picked me up at the garage and we spent time enjoying a delicious buffet breakfast as Naskila Gaming. ~~ The Dr. Oz television program is regular afternoon viewing for me. Today, the topic was something of  concern to me: Triggers and prevention of Alzheimer’s disease. Oh my, “stress” is a “trigger” I can relate to!!
