Healing benefits of ginger

See my earlier blog message Under the magnifying glass: Ginger root (revisited). Yesterday, I (belatedly) decided to harvest the ginger roots in my planter. Sadly, the planter has been neglected for several months so the roots have no apparent value. Perhaps a couple… will be satisfactory to replant towards another season??
