Chagrin  That’s the word that came to mind; perhaps an overstatement.

Yesterday, I accompanied a friend to “Trade Days”  at Pedego Park in Livingston, Texas. Once a month, vendors display their merchandise; it’s a great place to browse. There were so many items I wanted to purchase and carry home FOR THE YARD. A cement tortoise that reminded me of the desert tortoise’ we nurtured in our back yard in Lancaster, California. “Blue” bird because of my fondness for Bluebirds. Pink Flamingos “just because.” ~~ Lorraine must “downsize”: no more lawn and garden items!!

Another cloudy day with threat of rain. I’d like to work in the yard but will wait for a sunny day.
