Gratefully, I had enough red vases to complete the patriotic theme on the bottle trees. (More red vases on order from Dollar Tree.) I also need more “milk glass” white vases (eventually, one-by-one, I’ll find them at the thrift shops). These… are in a neighbor’s yard–along the busy street.

They say the smoke from wild fires–in Colorado–forced them from their “dream” summer retreat. OMG, trading a Rocky Mountain summer for the sauna in southeast Texas!! (Truthfully, the images [below] are a gross exaggeration because we don’t have a smile on our face!!)

It’s so addictive!! I can’t tear myself away from documentation in Ancestry.com. It’s such a challenge to unravel the interwoven relationships. So-o-o-o many errors; “armchair researchers” are so careless (imho)!! In 1996, I published well-documented information and question “Why didn’t they check…?” ~~ (Scanning project neglected lately.)
