Good news: The storm has passed over and no damage at CARE (that I am aware of). Claps of thunder sounded extremely close. Pictures tell the story: Over one-and two-fifths inches of rain in less than one hour. ~~ Bad news: I’m praying the Hummingbirds never go near the trailer home of a dear, sweet, thoughtful, kind, loving neighbor-lady!! Isn’t it awful to wish bad things for good people?? She made nectar one cup sugar to one cup of water–in the microwave!! No, no, no!! Horrors!! The recipe is one cup of sugar and four cups of water–and bring to a boil on the stove. IMHO, do not “nuke” the water with radiation.
