Lorraine has a love / hate relationship with Wal-mart. I agree 100% with this article: Wal-Mart spreads like an epidemic disease. I “love” them when I am traveling (with my tiny teardrop trailer) and stay free-of-charge in their parking lot. I “hate” to shop there and choose to “shop locally” and pay a higher price. (I share so many thoughts with my readers, why not verbalize my dislike for the company??) Like the Health Ranger (Mike Adams) of Natural News, I, too, worked for Wal-Mart (2004-05 in Englewood, Ohio) and really got an ugly picture “from the inside.” I’ve been known to say “Wal-Mart is modern-day slavery” because (IMHO) they treat their employees very inhumanely. I’ve heard managers say “If you don’t like it, leave, there are a hundred people ready to take your job.”
