Donations for CARE

Actually, this is Saturday, March 8th, 2014, 12 noon, but I want this message–and the pictures–to follow “Oh, my aching back.” The large, HEAVY La-Z-Boy chair had been wiggled forward so I could set up the folding bookshelves. During the evening, I unpacked two large boxes of books and a large box of DVDs. **If** I could locate my home-size (versus tiny Sony) DVD player, I have numerous unopened DVDs to watch. (Then one-by-one I’ll donate them to CARE. Likewise with the books; after I read… I’ll donate to the CARE library.) It’s a gamble whether my Vizio television is better than the Samsung but I don’t want the task of swapping one for the other. I don’t plan to pay for Dish Network or Direct TV; I can’t get TV “through the air” so the Samsung just sits in its niche and stares blankly at me (LOL). See earlier picture of tiny Sony DVD player in front of Samsung TV.
