Finally!! It was frustrating but I finally have Texas plates for my KIA and T@B. I think that makes me–officially–a Texas resident.
(Slightly under $400.00 to get licensed. To be specific: $399.75.)

I don’t know if plates will, but a driver’s license and voter’s cared will. Now you will need to start learning some Texas attitude. Remember, everything is bigger in Texas. Happy New Year, my friend!
Getting a Texas driver’s license was high on the priority list, weeks ago. “NO way!!” They insist that **all** my vehicles be registered, and licensed, prior to a driver’s license. Next time I go to their office (and stand in line for one hour?) I must take my original birth certificate or unexpired passport, original Social Security card, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration(s).
