Actually, Sunday, July 7, 2013: #1 (far left) was my first sighting of “Baby Blue” since he fledged two weeks ago. “Papa Blue” was feeding him mealworms. “Papa” may also teach him to eat mealworms from the blue dish feeder. A couple of hours later, the scene played out again. #4 is a close-up cropped from picture #3. I clicked a dozen pictures and feel grateful to have captured “Papa” feeding the youngster. Doubly grateful because all were taken from inside the apartment, through the two panes of glass on patio sliding door. Picture #5 is one of the original images.
