Guilty !!

Gospel truth: I’ve filed with TurboTax for many years. Usually, I prepare my taxes early in the year. There is no valid excuse for “putting it off.” ~~ I was wide awake and out of bed before 4:00 AM and the task was completed at 5:15 AM.

Having used TurboTax for many years, my laptop computer has all the details. Information gets “plugged in” almost automatically. I hate using the laptop computer because my eyesight is so poor!! I love the large monitor, and large print, on the desktop computer.

“A little corner of Heaven”

A resident neighbor recognized the need to get residents together for fellowship on this very special day“Resurrection Day.”

Yesterday, when my neighbor asked if I had any plans, and invited me to dinner, I said “This will give me an opportunity to get ‘gussied up.'”  Today, a new blouse, new skirt, and new shoes were worn for the first time. Jewelry items were selected. (“New” items but purchased before I moved to Waco twenty-seven months ago.)

Apology to Jesus Christ

Even on Resurrection Day, I’m still searching for information about Sidney Tiner. A Google search reveals the several images (pictures) I attached to his record in Ancestry. ~~ I watch and listen to TV Easter worship services while exercising all my detective skills. Jesus gave His life so those who will believe… will have eternal life. I search… because I want to give my friend, “Mr. Red,” details regarding his third great-grandfather. “Mr. Red”(owner-manager of this RV Park) is a Christian giving his life to the welfare of everyone who enters his sphere. I’m so blessed to live in this “little corner of Heaven.”

Apology because I have a computer keyboard in my hands and not the Holy Bible.

Don’t ignore an inspirational thought ?!

I’d walked away from the computer; I was sitting in my glider watching FOX News with details about the war in Ukraine. Suddenly, the thought to search my list of Tyner individuals for others who lived in Robeson County, North Carolina (and surrounding counties). In a “roundabout way” I might actually discover the accurate parents of Sidney Tiner (1812-1862). I searched them all (Tyner’s) but did not find valuable new information. ‘Twas worth the time and effort because it might have answered my months-long search.
