Tuesday activities are very similar to Sunday and Monday activities.

Getting my house “in order”…

It was a rest less night. In the flesh (on the computer), I haven’t “climbed the Traxler tree” since Saturday. However, in a seemingly endless dream, I had an overwhelming number of records and I was rapidly documenting them. Then I was awake and couldn’t go back to sleep!! I got up at 3:33 and turned on TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network) and enjoyed messages by two of my favorite preachers: David Jeremiah and Max Lucado.

Spring beauty

I confess to “capturing” this picture (above) from a Facebook page. The picture is dated April 25th. When I lived in Lancaster, California, it was “a must,” each Spring, to see and photograph the Poppies. Oh, so beautiful!! ~~ In Texas, the Bluebonnets are a featured attraction. The Coronavirus has kept me “sheltering at home” (for more than two months) so I missed seeing their spectacular beauty. I relied on “clip art” for this picture.

Mother’s day Monday

Yesterday was “Mother’s Day” (according to the calendar). This mother‘s day was spent keeping busy (“labor day”).

“Don’t think, don’t think, don’t think”  was followed by “don’t cry, don’t cry, don’t cry.”

.

The owner/manager of this RV Park brought groceries on Saturday–including a five-pound bag of potatoes. Beyond “dusting,” devotion to food preparation.

Praise report !!

“LORD, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago.” Isaiah 25:1 (NIV)

Something simple happened yesterday but enormous to “this old lady.” Hopefully, you can follow the explanation. First: Ancestry advised me that a comment had been added to an individual in my Lorraine Frantz Family Tree (my neglected tree). I clicked… and I viewed… but (at eleven PM) time to go to bed. Second: Couldn’t go to sleep because my mind was wrestling with the name of the contributor. My memory said, “Her name is Beverly”  (although that was not the name on the comment). Third: Jumped out of bed and returned to the computer. Third & one-half (ha): Searched…, verified…, satisfied!! Fourth: An email “thanks” was sent with an explanation of my memory name confusion. Fifth: Email verification received with this statement: “And I am impressed you remembered!  Nothing wrong with your brains, lady!”

Praise report #2

About twelve-noon, the owner/manager of this RV Park delivered bags of groceries (unsolicited)!!!! I am so blessed to be in this “little corner of Heaven” at this horrific time period. (Such kind neighbors.) Frankly, I’m not going grocery shopping. I don’t want the Coronavirus to touch “this old lady.” I have much more family history to process before I’m ushered into my Heavenly home.
