The Dr. Oz TV program is a “must” in my daily routine. He provides his audience with extremely valuable health news. Dr. Oz has been aired on FOX, on my DISH satellite service. W-e-l-l-l-l-l, that abruptly ceased (and I’m bereft).

According to the TV news media, millions of people are not receiving their “snail” mail. A Post Office processing center in the Houston area was damaged in the recent tropical storm.

The Escapees RV Club has (among other things) a mail service. They have eleven-thousand (11,000) subscribers. Those customers are, likewise, unable to receive their mail (forwarded to locations across the nation).

Too much baggage; too little energy!!

Regrettably, another night with very little sleep.

“The old lady”  can’t remember the next-to-last-time she enjoyed a good night’s sleep. Last night, all night, she slept without interruption. It’s nine o’clock and my body doesn’t want to move. Finally (with reluctance) coffee was prepared and first sip enjoyed at 8:56.

The calendar indicates “Fall” has arrived but our weather still screams “summer.”

“Sleep” really does make a difference in my life. I’m surprised by the number of tasks I’ve accomplished thus far today. For one thing: Laundry.

Clifford is fifty. Hard to believe?!
